Why do the Detroit Lions wear those God awful black jerseys?....their Honolulu Blue jerseys are sweet.....I guess it is all about marketing and money.....
Next week the Giants-Dolphins game will be played in London, England.....the league is now tossing around the idea of possibly playing a Super Bowl overseas....there goes another American item being shipped overseas.....mayors beg to get the Super Bowl played in their city because of the economic boom that it brings....just like any other U.S. corporation, the NFL is thinking about turning its back on its U.S. customers....instead of moving the game to London, the NFL should consider playing it in a cold weather city like Washington D.C. or New York....better yet, play the game in Chicago or Green Bay like NFL Championship games of the 1950s and 60s.....
Denver has to be the luckiest team in the league.....all three of the victories have come down to a field goal by either Jason Elam or the opposing team’s kicker....and all three times it has gone the Broncos way....
I’m in an 8-team fantasy league, if the draft was held today, the first round picks would be: 1. Tom Brady; 2. Adrian Peterson; 3. LaDainian Tomlinson; 4. Joseph Addai; 5. Randy Moss; 6. Peyton Manning; 7. Maurice Jones-Drew; 8. Ronnie Brown (until he got hurt yesterday).....
